Noel James Roach
Sep. 7, 1950 - Aug. 31, 2010

Noel James Roach passed away on 31st August 2010 at his home at Sapang Bato, Angeles City following being diagnosed with terminal bone cancer in July of this year.

Roachy became an Affiliate member of the Angeles City Sub Branch of the RSL on the 24th September 2007, was elected to the Committee in March 2008, and was Vice President, first elected in March 2009 and re-elected in March 2010.  He was still Vice President at the date of his death.
